ANDREW BORSEN

Andrew Borsen is a partner at Borsen Law. He graduated from New York Military Academy as the Valedictorian of his class and attended Boston University where he graduated cum laude in 2003.  He immediately went on to attend New England Law in Boston, MA, where graduated from in 2006 and was later admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York.  

Prior to establishing Borsen Law, he practiced with several large firms and was partner at Gambourg & Borsen, LLC, specializing in commercial litigation and corporate transactions. While there, he worked with both large companies and individual principals to ensure a smooth, timely and cost effective transactions. The knowledge, experience and insight he gained while working with both individuals and corporate entities on both side of the aisle has provided him an unparalleled advantage over those attorneys who practiced sole on one side. 

In addition to his practice, Andrew is an adjunct professor teaching Business Law at the Metropolitan College of New York, School of Management.  Andrew enjoys theater and music and is currently a co-producer of Natasha and Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812, a Tony winning Broadway Show which was nominated form 12 Tonys in 2017.  Additionally, he is a part owner of several hospitality ventures. Andrew currently lives with his family in New York.
